Description: `Ballot Monkeys', created by Andy Hamilton and Guy Jenkin, is a dark satire based on the general election. The political sitcom follows the canvassing of four main parties - Conservative, Labour, Liberal Democrat and UKIP - as they travel around the UK with their campaign buses. Tackling the latest dramas and developments of the election are each party's team of experts, comprising of empathy consultants, IT wizards, political analysts, interns and, of course, bus drivers. Portraying the topical material are cast members Ben Miller, Hugh Dennis, Sarah Hadland and Kathleen Rose Perkins.
