Description: Up-and-coming bands get a boost by being mentored by a music industry veteran in this series hosted by actor and singer Donovan Leitch. The show pairs up emerging artists and bands with mentors who have paid their dues in the business and worked their way up to the top. The mentors -- who include Sugar Ray frontman Mark McGrath, Belinda Carlisle of The Go-Go's, and Jane's Addiction guitarist Dave Navarro -- share advice based on knowledge they've gained from their decades in the industry. The coaching culminates with the mentors supporting their proteges in their debut performances on TV -- and maybe even joining in for encore performances with the emerging artists.
