Description: Every bride wants to look her best on the big day, but these brides are going all-out to achieve their looks. Twelve brides compete for the chance to have plastic surgery on this E! reality show. Before the game begins, though, they meet with a plastic surgeon and draw up a "wish list" of procedures they'd like to have done. Then, each week, the women participate in a wedding-themed challenge, with the winner getting one of the procedures on her list. The results are shown in the next episode. As the competition progresses, contestants are voted off by their competitors, until only one bride remains. Her prize? A dream wedding plus whatever procedures remain on her wish list.
