Description: Chefs Aldo Lanzillotta and Jo Lusted are used to cooking with quality ingredients in professional kitchens. So they may feel a little out of place on this series that sees them pairing up with people who live in cottages -- and aren't necessarily gourmet chefs -- to prepare three-course meals in those kitchens. Another obstacle the professional chefs must overcome is the fact that they can use only ingredients and tools that are in each house; there's no restaurant-quality equipment to be found in these homes. The teams have one hour to prepare their meals, which are served to their friends and families. The guests then decide which meal is better.
