Description: This series follows people's champion Dom Littlewood as he meets the individuals responsible for upholding the law and giving out penalties. In Britain over 30 million pounds worth of fines are issued each month, with on-the-spot tickets. Crimes such as dog fouling, fly-tipping, speeding and road tax evading can all warrant a fine. The host shadows the men and women enforcing the rules, including parking attendants and council workers, to explore why people break the law every day and who these offences are affecting.
