Food Inspectors

Description: You are what you eat, the old saying goes, and that means for some who pay no mind to what they eat and where they eat it, becoming sick from food is inevitable. This series shines a light on the work done by Britain's food inspectors, who are accompanied by presenters Matt Allwright and Chris Hollins as they attempt to keep a lid on poisonous food and rogue restaurants that serve it. Many cases of food poisoning, however, happen at home, so Allwright and Hollins drop in on unsuspecting families at mealtime to see if they are cooking clean or risking their health with bad food hygiene.
