Description: Irish chef and author Kevin Dundon makes his American television debut in this series set at the Dunbrody Country House Hotel -- an 1830s Georgian manor on Ireland's southeast coast. Using locally produced, seasonal ingredients, each episode revolves around a single theme and features five recipes -- a starter, main course, dessert and side dishes -- which showcase Ireland's beef, cheese, seafood and lamb. Featured recipes include smoked chicken terrine, Irish cream bread-and-butter pudding, and rack of Wexford lamb served with potato rosti.
