Description: Spring is one of the busiest times of year for farmers in the UK as that is when the majority of the areas lambs are born - a number that totals 16 million annually. Farming the animals can profitable or risky as the prices valuate. The 24-hour-a-day, 7-day-a-week job presents plenty of challenges for the farmers. Each series of `Lambing Live' introduces viewers to a different family that gamble on sheep farming. TV personality Kate Humble and farmer Adam Henson present the programme.
