Description: Cameras follow nine morbidly obese people as they take an amazing journey to try to lose as much as half their body weight and save their lives. Filmed over the course of a year, the documentary tracks the nine participants as they struggle to stick with a very strict programme of diet and exercise. But no aspect of their lives is off-limits, as they try not only to lose the weight, but uncover the reasons they gained it in the first place. The nine contributors followed very different paths to get to this place in their lives. Will their determination be enough to end their extreme relationships with food?
