Renovation Raiders

Description: People arriving home after a night out at dinner don't want to encounter any surprises: "The baby sitter did what?" No such worries, though, for homeowners featured in this series with HGTV/DIY veteran host Amy Matthews ("Sweat Equity," "Bathroom Renovations"). Matthews and her team work behind the scenes on each episode, gathering information on the renovation needs and desires of a family and creating a mock-up to familiarize themselves with the job. Then, when makeover day arrives -- the homeowners blissfully unaware of what's happening at their residence while they dine out -- the renovation raiders complete a room transformation in just a few short hours. Those homeowners better order dessert!
