Twenty aspiring trainers each face a final audition interview with the Beachbody co-founders at the Hot House, where they learn that only 11 of them are able to move into the house, with the others going home as their short time in the contest comes to an end. The remaining contestants live side-by-side to prove they have what it takes to win the coveted grand prize: a contract to develop a home fitness program.
