Description: From the team behind the Bafta-winning `One Born Every Minute' is this documentary series that presents life in a British hotel as it's never been seen before. The fly-on-the-wall series sets up shop at The Damson Dene, a typical three-star holiday hotel that sits amid the five-star setting of the Lake District. The central characters include the dapper owner, Jonathan Denby; general manager Wayne; and Kirk, the head chef, plus a staff of waiters, chambermaids and housekeepers, many of whom can barely speak English.
