Description: Chet Welch raises animals on a Pennsylvania farm, but he also has a job you don't typically find there: helping train contestants for beauty pageants. A former director, he puts the pretty wannabe winners through a tough regimen that involves working the agrarian business. It's all part of Welch's quest to transform "pageant princesses" into full-fledged "farm queens." The women's challenging training includes milking cows -- not easy for newbies -- shearing sheep, and answering rapid-fire questions while feeding llamas.
