Hidden Britain by Drone

Hidden Britain by Drone

Description: Once a futuristic idea confined to the sketch books, unmanned aerial vehicles, more commonly known as drones, are becoming a frequent sight in picturesque environments as photographers and videographers strive for the perfect shot. In `Hidden Britain by Drone', Sir Tony Robinson dispatches drones across Britain to reveal places and areas where there is no public access and can only be reached from the sky. The first 2016 series sent drones soaring just off the coast of Essex to The Principality of Sealand, an offshore platform that claims to be a micronation. Also shown were billionaires' private estates and a village that was wiped off the map. In this new series Sir Tony brings his drones to an abandoned theme park, a flower farm in full bloom, top-secret Cold War bunkers and much more.
