Description: Montreal's Just for Laughs is one of the world's largest and most well-known comedy festivals. Part of the event is the New Faces Showcase, which has launched the careers of such comedy stars as Pete Holmes, Gabriel Iglesias and Colin Jost. "Inside Jokes" follows several up-and-coming comics who are looking to be chosen for New Faces, hoping that if they make it onto the Just for Laughs stage, it can be a launchpad to help them get their careers to the next level. The docuseries follows the hopefuls to comedy clubs, their jobs and their homes as they struggle to hone their acts, hoping that their hard work ultimately pays off and they make it in the comedy world.
