Description: Urban comedy has always found a home on HBO. In the mid-1990s, "Def Comedy Jam" helped launch the careers of Dave Chappelle, Chris Tucker, Martin Lawrence, Kevin Hart and Steve Harvey, among many others. Now, "All Def Comedy" hopes to continue that legacy by showcasing stand-up performances in a variety of styles from emerging talents, including Alex Babbitt, Tony Baker, Sydney Castillo, Henry Coleman, D'Lai, Ryan Davis and Kareem Green. Well-known comics Deon Cole, DeRay Davis, Gary Owen and JJ Williamson also appear. The series is taped at the Avalon Theatre in Los Angeles.
